Yes, the Balansit can be used by anyone of any size from Children above 25Kg to the Elderly.

The Balansit is made using the same foam as the Oov, which has been used in Clinics, Hospitals and Studios around the world for over 13 Years. There is no latex in the foam. The foam is medical grade, and we have never had anyone have an allergic reaction to the use of the Oov.

The Balansit can be cleaned using a damp cloth, dipped in lukewarm water and mild soap. DO NOT use oil based cleaners on your Balansit, or cleaners with high alcohol content as this can dry out the skin. Please see detailed Care Instructions here.

Yes, the Balansit can be used on any Chair or Surface including the floor, however for optimum use we recommend using it on Firm Flat surfaces. A cushioned surface is not advised for optimum function of the Balansit.

However DO NOT use the Balansit on rough surfaces, as it may damage the Balansit. Please see detailed Care Instructions here.

Yes, the Balansit has been used by people with Back Pain and many different types of Pathologies. We do however recommend you see a practitioner if you have serious back pain. Please find some Oov Trained Practitioners here.

We can exchange or refund incorrect size purchases but the return postage of the Balansit is at your expense. We will send a replacement or refund once the Balansit has been received in perfect condition in the original packaging.

The Balansit has a 12 month Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing faults. Damage due to incorrect use, sharp objects piercing the skin, skin damage due to scuffing from rough surfaces or discolouration over time will not be refunded.
