How To Use The Balansit?

The Balansit is a simple way for any person to reap the benefits of healthy posture. Follow our simple 4 Step Guide to using your Balansit effectively. BUILD UP to using the Balansit for longer periods of time. Start with 5min stints, and work up to 30min. We do not recommend you sit for longer than 30min in any way. Research shows that sitting statically is detrimental, move around on it, use the rocking motion of the Balansit to incorporate some small movements while you sit.
